Triton TT Vapour Membrane

TT Vapour Membrane is a ready blended coating that once cured, provides a waterproof Methane and Carbon Dioxide barrier. Triton TT Vapour Barrier can be retro-applied as a waterproof and gas-proof membrane to concrete, masonry and brick substrates or as an alternative to sheet membranes in new construction. It can be applied by airless spray, roller or brush to walls, floors and soffits.

Triton Triseal

Triseal is a solvent free, two part epoxy resin coating, typically used as a surface damp proof membrane and a water vapour suppressant. Ideal for use beneath raised access floors, in plant rooms and bunded areas. It is also suitable for application on damp surfaces, such as sand/cement and cement floors subject to rising damp or containing residual construction moisture. Triseal can be used as a general purpose coating for surfaces subject to foot and light wheeled traffic. Triseal can be applied using a brush or medium pile roller onto sound, clean surfaces.

Triton Vandex Super

A BBA certified, cementitious, in-depth waterproofer, based on grey Portland Cement and designed to be mixed with clean water to waterproof concrete surfaces such as foundations, slabs, retaining walls, construction joints, sewage treatment plants, swimming pools, backfilled structural elements etc, plus drinking water structures.

Ancillaries – Roofing & Decking

Triton supplies a full range of ancillary products for the installation of roofing and decking systems. This range includes a cement based sealing product, a reinforcing fabric and surface primers. In most circumstances, polyurethane resins, thanks to their chemical cross linking (as opposed to physical curing water based products), provide excellent adhesion to substrates. However, the very high cohesion of these polymers, may contribute to a lack of adhesion and eventual failure on difficult substrates such as metals or non-porous ceramics.

Trisol 23

A concentrated product formulated for the sterilisation of masonry infected with dry rot fungus. Other uses include the control of mosses, lichens and algae on external surfaces. Does not contain any hydrocarbon solvents, glycols or glycol ethers. When diluted forms a low odour, non-corrosive and stable microemulsion. Trisol 23 should be diluted 24:1 with clean water. Supplied in 1 litre packs.

Trimol 50 Reinforcement Rods

Manufactured from glass reinforced resin by “pultrusion”. Trimol 50 rods have outstanding tensile strength compared to steel, are flexible and compatible with Trimol 36 structural grout. Supplied in a range of sizes from 3 – 25mm diameter.

Triproof Cream

New Triproof Cream is an odourless water repellent treatment that improves the thermal performance of masonry walls and provides an easy to apply flood resilience measure. After application by roller or brush on to clean dry walls, Triproof Cream allows walls to breathe whilst protecting them from further damp penetration. It can be used as a flood resilience measure for new and existing properties in flood risk areas. Triproof Cream will improve the thermal performance of walls, by preventing the absorption of water that reduces the insulation properties of porous materials such as brick, concrete and mortar.

Isola Roofing Shingle

Isola Roofing Shingle is an attractive high quality range of roofing finishes manufactured from a combination of bitumen and bitumen impregnated fibreglass to achieve the ultimate in waterproofing, tear and rot resistance and flexibility. The Shingle is topped with a high quality aggregate, is totally impervious to wind, rain and snow and can withstand extremes of temperature and humidity without deterioration.

Cavity Wall Ties and Structural Repair Systems

Triton’s wall ties are manufactured from stainless steel to avoid corrosion and are either mechanically fixed, resin bonded or a combination of both. Mechanically fixed replacement cavity wall ties are most suited to structures of known strength on both the inner and outer skin. When the strength is unknown, resin bonded replacement cavity wall ties are most suitable. In addition to replacement wall ties, lateral restraints and crack stitching rods, Triton also offers a range of ancillary products including resins, grouts and drill bits to facilitate installation.

Trimol 40

A two component water based expoxy coating for floors and walls. Trimol 40 is typically used to provide a damp proof membrane on walls and floors either on its own as a wearing surface or in a “sandwich” construction between sand and cement renders. Can be applied to brick, concrete, stone and cement renders when damp.

Ancillaries – Flooring

Triton supplies a full range of ancillary products for the installation of liquid applied and sheet membrane flooring systems. This range includes primers, reinforcing tapes, a cement based sealing product and a repair mortar.

Waterproofing Concrete Ancillaries

Triton supplies a full range of ancillary products for waterproofing concrete. A pre-packed modified cement based repair mortar for use with concrete, render and screed repairs. Use with Triton LPA/Primer as both a primer to the repair area and as a gauging solution for mixing the Triton Repair Mortar and to enhance the flexural strength of the mix. Typical areas of use would include repairs to honeycombed concrete, leaking construction joints (Triton Quick Set also required), spalled concrete and repairs to screeds and renders.

Dual Assist Control Panel

Where two mains powered pumps are located within one sump, the Dual Assist Control Panel will alternate their operation and also activate both pumps simultaneously when required. Supplied complete with integral high level water alarm and monitoring counters for each pump which record the number of activations and run times. This unit is designed for high risk areas of potential water ingress.

Single Pump Control Panel

This unit has an integral high level audible/visual mains alarm, which is activated by the pump’s float mechanism within the sump. It also records each activation of the pump and length of run time, which is ideal where unknown levels of water ingress occur and also to monitor changes in levels of ingress between service intervals.

Aquasafe Alarm

The Triton AquaSafe Alarm is a warning system that alerts the end user in the event of a high level situation in the chamber/sump, or when a high level situation has been recorded, a power failure to the AquaSafe Alarm or when there is a service due. There is a battery incorporated within the panel to power the alarm in case of mains power failure. The system is designed to activate via a mini or sump float switch located inside the chamber/sump. It is set to activate higher than the activation point of the primary pump.
