What is an Aqua Channel?
An Aqua Channel is a moulded PVC drainage conduit which is placed around the perimeter of the basement or along a retaining wall, in a recess formed in the edge of the slab or within a spacing layer created by XPS insulation or sacrificial screed.
Any water entering the below ground areas of the building is managed and controlled by the cavity membrane and intercepted by the Aquachannel. The clear space created by the Aquachannel allows the water to drain rapidly and freely to the discharge points leading to mechanical (sump and pumps) or natural (gravity) drainage.
Triton Aquachannel forms part of a reliable and maintainable waterproofing and drainage system. Aquachannel is available with or without an upstand along the rear edge, to suit the expected usage, eg without upstand when crossing a floor or when offset from a retaining wall, and with upstand when placed against the wall with a cavity membrane lining.
A unique chemical treatment for the waterproofing, protection of concrete and increase durability – designed to be used as an admix at the time of batching. The active chemicals react with fresh concrete to generate a non-soluble crystalline formation which actively seals the concrete itself against the penetration of water or liquid, protecting it from the deterioration effect of harsh environmental conditions.
A BDA certified, pre-formed waterstop available in a ready to use roll which swells up to 270% when in contact with water. When fully encapsulated by poured concrete, the expansive forces form a seal against concrete surfaces to resist hydrostatic pressure and to stop water from entering the sub-structures. Triton TT Waterstop returns to its original size if the concrete and substrate is completely dry but re-expands to seal the potential leaking joints when water or moisture is re-introduced. Its service life is indefinite with a permanent water tight function and excellent resistance to acid and alkaline conditions. The product is extruded in a rectangular shape for optimal adhesion. The built in delay system means Waterstop will activate approximately two days after constant exposure to water and will resist in excess of 6 bar hydrostatic pressure.
A ready blended coating that once cured, provides a waterproof Methane and Carbon Dioxide barrier. Triton TT Vapour Barrier can be retro-applied as a waterproof and gas-proof membrane to concrete, masonry and brick substrates or as an alternative to sheet membranes in new construction. It can be applied by airless spray, roller or brush to walls, floors and soffits.

TRITON CEMflex VB Plate Waterstop is a galvanized steel plate encapsulated in a special patented coating that reacts only with the water within the concrete to provide a watertight joint. It is designed for use in all non-movement construction joints in reinforced concrete – and is especially suited to ICF or twin wall installations.
A single pack, moisture curing elastomeric resin. The membrane cures in a continuous and elastic form, as a totally adhered layer. The waterproofing layer guarantees total watertightness and withstands building movements. Can be used as a base coat, reinforcing layer or top coat. Typical applications include low pitch and flat roof areas with pedestrian traffic, wet rooms, kitchens, lightly trafficked flooring, water channels and ponds.
Triton Hydrolock, when used with properly designed concrete, can be used as fully bonded Type A waterproofing protection as defined in BS 8102: 2022 for the waterproofing of new structures.
Triton Hydrolock is a bentonite membrane (often known as a ‘bentonite carpet’) comprising a mechanically bonded Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) composite of pulverised bentonite, embedded between two layers of geotextile. The internal natural sodium bentonite swells in contact with water to form a low permeability waterproofing barrier.
BBA certified Triton Hydrolock can be used externally on concrete to provide an effective barrier to the transmission of liquid water where Grades 1 to 3 waterproofing protection are required as defined in table 2 of BS 8102: 2022.

The special micro-emulsion formulation leads to a better penetration than obtained with the older traditional water based emulsified preservatives. It will provide the necessary control and long term protection of wood against wood boring insects and wood destroying fungi (dry and wet rots) for many years.

The RS55 is a highly reliable waste water pump offering a stainless steel shaft, outer and motor casings. The twin mechanical seals provide a long service life. The pump can be supplied with a conventional ball type ‘MAC 3’ float, fixed magnetic canister ‘AGMA’ float, or without a float for manual operation, making this unit highly flexible. Triton TT55 ME is a two component polymer modified cement based, flexible, protective and waterproof membrane coating. It is suitable for either vertical or horizontal surfaces and ideal for areas which are liable to cracking or deformation on the surface, and can be successfully used at wall/floor junctions. The polymer emulsion additive imparts high adhesion and flexibility along with its own high level of water resistance. It is suitable for the internal and external waterproofing of concrete, sound brickwork and cement based elements of water retaining and water resisting structures such as basements, retaining walls, lift pits, swimming pools, construction joints, underpinning joints, balcony decks, bund linings or terraces etc.
