A ready blended coating that once cured, provides a waterproof Methane and Carbon Dioxide barrier. Triton TT Vapour Barrier can be retro-applied as a waterproof and gas-proof membrane to concrete, masonry and brick substrates or as an alternative to sheet membranes in new construction. It can be applied by airless spray, roller or brush to walls, floors and soffits.
Platon Comfort provides an effective, single application damp proof underlay for wood and laminate floors laid on concrete. It’s equally effective for renovation or new build projects and the tough polypropylene membrane can be laid directly onto a new concrete slab as soon as it is dry enough to walk on. With three times the water vapour resistance than film membranes, it eliminates the need to install a foam underlay. Construction height is only 2.5mm.
Platon P8 is used as a waterproofing drainage layer applied to the inside face of basement and below ground walls and floors within a drained cavity membrane system. P8 is manufactured from High Density Polyethylene and is impermeable to water, water vapour or Radon gas.
A 3mm polypropylene cavity drain membrane suitable for direct plastering. Suitable for use as an isolating plaster membrane following remedial treatments.
Ancillaries for damp proofing includes polymer emulsion based primers and additives for cement renders and mortars, a pre-packed Fillet Seal mortar, salt neutraliser and fixings and tape seals for PB2 Mesh.
TGS-GM500 is a very high quality, single layer membrane that prevents the ingress of Carbon Dioxide and Radon gas. Typical areas of use would include the construction of buildings and dwellings near coalfields, on contaminated industrial sites, landfill and brown field sites. The robust, co-polymer membrane is supplied in 2m and 4m lengths making it very easy to install.
Triseal is a solvent free, two part epoxy resin coating, typically used as a surface damp proof membrane and a water vapour suppressant. Ideal for use beneath raised access floors, in plant rooms and bunded areas. It is also suitable for application on damp surfaces, such as sand/cement and cement floors subject to rising damp or containing residual construction moisture. Triseal can be used as a general purpose coating for surfaces subject to foot and light wheeled traffic. Triseal can be applied using a brush or medium pile roller onto sound, clean surfaces.
A single pack, moisture curing elastomeric resin. The membrane cures in a continuous and elastic form, as a totally adhered layer. The waterproofing layer guarantees total watertightness and withstands building movements. Can be used as a base coat, reinforcing layer or top coat. Typical applications include low pitch and flat roof areas with pedestrian traffic, wet rooms, kitchens, lightly trafficked flooring, water channels and ponds.
