Ancillaries – Watertight Concrete System
Triton supplies a full range of ancillary products used in the installation and repair of Watertight Concrete Systems. The range includes a quick setting mortar, sealing systems and adhesives. A surface applied system which waterproofs and protects concrete in depth. Supplied as a powder which only needs mixing with water before application on: basements/retaining walls, concrete slabs (floor/roof/balcony), construction joints, water retaining structures, swimming pools, reservoirs, sewage treatment plants, channels and potable water tanks.
Triton Quick Set
Triton Quick Set (TQS) is a single component, cementitious, fast setting plugging compound. TQS, when mixed with water, produces a material to stem water flow, but can also be used as a fast setting mortar repair.
Triton Quick Set is supplied in 15 kg containers.
Triton TT Super
A surface applied system which waterproofs and protects concrete in depth. Supplied as a powder which only needs mixing with water before application on: basements/retaining walls, concrete slabs (floor/roof/balcony), construction joints, water retaining structures, swimming pools, reservoirs, sewage treatment plants, channels and potable water tanks.
When applied to a concrete surface, the active chemicals combine with the free lime and moisture present in the capillary track to form insoluble crystals which block capillaries and minor shrinkage cracks to prevent any further water ingress (even under pressure). However the product still allows the passage of water vapour through the structure, allowing the concrete to ‘breathe’. It also protects concrete against seawater, aggressive ground water and certain chemical solutions. Two versions of this product are available, please refer to the chart below before specification:

Triton Colflex
A sealing system designed to waterproof expansion/movement joints within concrete structures. Triton Colflex is a ready to use Hypalon jointing strip that forms a complete, high quality joint sealing system when used with Triton’s Trimol 23 epoxy adhesive.
Typical applications include sealing moving joints such as expansion joints and thetreatment of isolated cracks in concrete – including cracks with large dilations.
Using Trimol 23, Colflex can be applied to wet or dry surfaces. Trimol 23 has a very high adhesion to most construction materials and a fast curing time. The Trimol 23/Colflex combination remains elastic, even at low temperatures.
Supplied in rolls: 1mm x 100mm x 20m, 1mm x 200mm x 20m
Trimol 23
Designed for building and civil engineering applications where a thixotropic (negligible slump) adhesive or primer is required. A 2-component solvent-free adhesive, Trimol 23 can be applied in cold, damp conditions and will remain in place on vertical or inverted surfaces. Forms a strong bond to wood, metals, glass reinforced plastics and laminates.
Supplied in 0.66 litre packs.
Triton Repair Mortar
A pre-packed modified cement based repair mortar for use with concrete, render and screed repairs. Use with Triton LPA/Primer as both a primer to the repair area and as a gauging solution for mixing the Triton Repair Mortar and to enhance the flexural strength of the mix.
Typical areas of use would include repairs to honeycombed concrete, leaking construction joints (Triton Quick Set also required), spalled concrete and repairs to screeds and renders.
